灭火器灌装设备到底有哪些灌装方法      灭火器灌装设备由于液料的物理、化学性质各有差异,对灌装也有不同的要求。液体物料由贮液装置灌入容器中,原则上常采用如下几种方法。
 
1) 常压法灌装。是指在大气压下直接依靠被灌液料的自重流入包装容器内的灌装方法。常压灌装的工艺过程为:1、进液排气,即液料进入容器,同时容器内的空气被排出;2、停止进液、即容器内的液料达到定量要求时,进液自动停止;3、排除余液,即排除排气管中的残液。
 
2)等压法灌装。是利用贮液箱上部气室的压缩空气给包装容器充气,使两者的压力接近相等,然后使液料靠自重流入包装容器内的灌装方法。等压灌装的工艺过程为:1、充气等压;2、进液回气;3、停止进液;4、释放压力,即释放瓶颈内残留的压缩气体至大气内,以免突然降压而引起
大量冒泡,影响包装质量和定量精度。
 
3)真空灌装法。是在低于大气压力条件下进行灌装的方法。它有两种基本方式:一种是压力真空式,即让贮液箱内部处于常压状态,只对包装容器内抽气使其形成一定的真空度,液体依靠两容器内的压力差,流入包装容器并完成灌装;另一种是重力真空式,即让贮液箱和包装容器都处于
接近相等的真空状态,液料靠自重流入该容器内。目前,国内常采用压力真空式。其设备简单,工作可靠。真空法灌装的工艺过程为:1、瓶抽真空;2、进液排气;3、停止进液;4、余液回流,即排气管中的残液经真空室回流至贮液箱内。
 
4)虹吸法灌装。虹吸法灌装应用虹吸原理使液体料经虹吸管由储液箱被吸入容器,直至两者液位相等为止。此法适合灌装低粘度不含气的液料,设备结构简单,但灌装速度低。
 
5)压力法灌装。压力法灌装是借助机械或气液压等装置控制活塞往复运动,降粘度较高的液体物料从储料缸吸入活塞缸内,然后再强制压入待灌装的容器内,这种方法有时也用于含气体之类饮料的灌装,由于其中不含胶体物质,所形成的泡沫容易消失,故可依靠本身所具有的气体压力直接灌入未经预先充气的瓶内,从而大大提高了灌装速度。
